Overview: COARC is a not-for-profit agency that provides programs and services to over 600 individuals with developmental disabilities in Columbia County, New York. COARC wanted to update their outdated website with a fresh look and have the ability to manage their own website changes. Factory Hill provided a completely new look that better reflected the organization's mission and vision, and gave them our easy-to-use, non-technical content management tool. We also greatly increased the value of the site by creating a secure online employment application form and password-protected administration tool for managing online data.
